Client Did Not Receive a Message Notification

In order to send a text message or email/chat you'll want to select the name of the client and then click on the send text message button. A pop up window will pop up that will allow you to enter the message and click send when done.

How to check if the text reminder was sent from Taxaroo

 • Check that the client's phone is valid or if you did not enter a phone number. You should update the phone number by clicking on the client's name under the clients list > select the client settings button > and update/change the mobile number from here.

• Have the client search their mail box for New Message or for the providers email. They should see an email like the one below in their mailbox notifying that a text message was sent.
