Client Did Not Receive a Message Notification
In order to send a text message or email/chat you'll want to select the name of the client on the Client Dashboard and then click on the send text message button. A pop up window will pop up that will allow you to enter the message and click send when done.
How to check if the text reminder was sent from Taxaroo
• First, ensure that the client's phone number is valid and that you have entered it correctly. You can update the phone number by following these steps: Click on the client's name in the clients list > Select the client settings button > Update or change the mobile number from there.
• Ask the client to check their mailbox for either a "New Message" or an email from their service provider. They should find an email similar to the example provided, informing them that a text message has been sent.
