Approve and Disapprove Appointment Request

Tax Providers can set their own schedule and availability so clients can schedule appointments with them via the client portal and your own websites. When a new/potential client requests an appointment with the provider, the provider will need to approve or disapprove the request. 

Taxpayers can also approve requested appointments. A pop-up box will pull, click on "approve" to approve the requested appointment, or click on the "disapprove" button to disapprove the requested appointment via email.
