How To Turn Off Workflows

To turn off workflows/interviews, follow these clear steps:

  1. Begin by accessing your account at https://apps.taxaroo.com/login and logging in.
  2. Navigate to the "workflows" module and choose it from the options available.
  3. Locate a workflow that is currently marked as "live," indicating that it is active and operational.
  4. Select the button labeled "Hide this workflow." As a result, the status of the chosen workflow will change to "off," effectively turning it off and making it inactive.
