Firm Ratings

To access Firm Ratings, follow these simple steps:

1. The average rating of the firm is displayed at the beginning of this section, providing an overall assessment of your firm's performance.
2. The Donut chart represents the count of each star rating given by clients. You can easily check the count by hovering your cursor over each section of the chart.
3. The Bar Graph displays the average rating received by each team member. Hover over each bar to obtain precise details of their individual ratings.
