How To Reset Your Password
To reset the password associated with your online account, please follow the instructions below. Important: The sign in screen will depend on if your provider has setup custom domain. If you are not sure what you should be going to sign in please contact your provider so that they can confirm the login url. If your provider has not setup custom domain the login url is clients.taxaroo.com.
Step 1: Open the client sign in page and select Forgot password below the email address and password fields.
Step 2: On the following screen, enter your email address associated with your account and you'll be sent a secure reset link
Step 3: Open your inbox, where you will receive an email with the subject line Your password reset link and a link to do so, please click Accept. Please note this link expires in 24 hours and can only be used once.
Step 4: Once you open the link, enter a new password
Tip: The primary goal of a more secure password system is password diversity. You want your password policy to contain lots of different and hard to guess passwords. Here are a few recommendations for keeping your organization as secure as possible.
